Job SummaryThe Clinic RN performs administrative duties that include, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and data entry in medical records under the direct supervision of a supervisor or provider. Clinical duties will include measuring and recording vital signs, collecting demographics or medical information including review of medication list, preparing patients for examination, cleaning rooms and equipment and stocking supplies. This position will involve the administration of medications. The Clinic RN is responsible for drawing blood or performing waived testing on specimens as needed.Job RequirementsEducation
  • Required: Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing or NLN approved program
Experience
  • Required: 6 months of prior experience as a Registered Nurse, or prior experience as a Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse in an outpatient or ambulatory clinic setting
Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams.
  • Exhibits ability to manage time and prioritize work.
  • Proficient Computer skills
Licensure/Certification/Registration
  • Required: Current Registered Nurse License active in the state of Missouri
  • Must obtain American Heart Association BLS within 90 days of hire
