🎯 What We're Looking For
- 🎓 Education:
- Bachelor's in Nursing (Required)
- Master's in Nursing or Healthcare Administration (Preferred)
- 🏥 Experience:
- 2+ years in surgical services/OR as RN or Surgical Tech
- 1+ year in a leadership or nurse management role
- 🩺 Licenses/Certifications:
- RN License (VA or Compact State)
- BLS/CPR (Required); ACLS (Preferred)
