About the Role

The organization is seeking a strategic and dynamic Director of Cybersecurity to lead and enhance its information security initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive security strategy to protect our digital assets, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and support the ongoing growth of the organization.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing an enterprise-wide information security strategy
• Conducting regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities
• Overseeing security operations such as monitoring, threat intelligence, and incident response
• Managing vendor security risk and promoting a culture of security awareness across the company
• Staying informed about emerging threats to recommend modern security tools and technologies

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information systems, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• At least 7 years of experience in telecommunications, broadband, or highly regulated IT environments
• A minimum of 5 years in a cybersecurity leadership role
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and strong knowledge of enterprise security architecture and operations
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM

We are looking for someone with exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, capable of effectively reporting on the security program's performance to executive leadership.
