Mister Sparky Electric is seeking a highly organized and motivated Dispatcher / Office Administrator to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting startup where you'll play a key role in coordinating electricians, scheduling appointments, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch service electricians to customer sites efficiently.
Coordinate follow-up appointments for parts and job completion.
Maintain and manage the service schedule, including after-hours on-call procedures.
Handle customer inquiries regarding scheduling, lead times, and service details.
Update and manage the customer database with accurate and up-to-date information.
Ensure work order accuracy and prepare invoices and timecards for processing.
Communicate effectively with customers and service electricians through phone, email, and online platforms.
Assist in conflict resolution by addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Follow company policies and safety procedures to maintain a professional and positive work environment.
What We're Looking For:
-At least 2 years of experience in dispatching or office coordination (preferably in the trades or service industry). -Strong geographical knowledge of the service area and/or GPS and map reading skills.
