Description Network Manager Crisis OutreachAre you passionate about making a meaningful impact? Join our team as Network Manager Crisis Outreachat MHMR, where your expertise will directly contribute to programs that make a lasting impact. The Network Manager-Crisis Outreach is responsible for both the MHMR Tarrant Youth Crisis Outreach Team (YCOT) and Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT) program in the Crisis Services Department. This role provides supervision and guidance to ensure that patients and staff are successful in their respective pursuits. The Network Manager drives successes for the Crisis Outreach Programs by monitoring program metrics and utilizing their experience and expertise to facilitate decision-making appropriate to optimizing program efficiency and change. Minimum qualifications: Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Health and Human services field or a related fieldPreferences: Bilingual; Master's Degree; Three (3) years of supervisory experienceSubstitutions: Master's Degree with three (3) years' experience and two (2) years supervisory experience Five (5) years' Experience Behavioral Health, Substance Use, or Disability Services field License/Certifications: Valid Texas Driver's License Supervisory Experience: Two (2) yearsWhy join us:MHMR has proudly served Tarrant and adjacent county residents for over 50 years.
