As a part-time Retail Sales Leader, you will be the welcoming face of our brand for families. You'll get to celebrate new parents and grandparents, introduce our essential baby products, and assist in preparing for major life events like the first day of school. Your Responsibilities:
- Become an expert in our products and assist families in navigating our range from preemie to size 14.
- Welcome customers with warmth and provide insightful assistance regarding product styles, features, and benefits.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach on the sales floor.
- Promote a positive and inclusive environment for both customers and staff.
- Model service standards and coach others for success.
- Drive results in assigned business focus areas through effective planning and follow-through.
- Fulfill Leader on Duty responsibilities by addressing customer concerns promptly.
- Leverage customer feedback to improve store performance.
- Encourage customer loyalty through company programs.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members and escalate performance issues to the Store Manager.
- Recognize and celebrate exceptional performance within the team.
- Support asset protection by maintaining outstanding customer service and operational controls.
Desired Qualities:
- A positive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in computer skills (Outlook, Excel, web navigation).
- A diverse range of skills and experiences.
- High school diploma or GED required.
Your Ability to:
- Lift up to 40 pounds and perform tasks involving bending, stooping, reaching, and pushing.
- Stand or walk for extended durations and climb ladders.
- Provide availability for varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
