We are looking for a bright and energetic individual to join our team to support the day-to-day administration of Box's global equity programs, including equity grants, option exercises, RSU releases, and special projects. This role works as a member of the Controllership team and collaborates closely with Legal, HR, Payroll, IT and a broader finance team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, a high level of accuracy, ability to focus on details, and is a person who takes pride in delivering high quality work. WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Administer the Company's global equity plans and maintain all aspects of the equity management system, including end-to-end process and reconciliation of new grants, exercises, new hires, terminations/cancellations, dispositions, and monitoring demographics file transfers from HR/Payroll systems to Charles Schwab Equiview management system are correctly processed in a timely manner
  • Coordinate ESPP enrollment and election changes for the global population (10 countries), collaborating with Payroll & Charles Schwab on a regular basis.
  • Provide a high level of customer service in responding to inquiries from employees
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for Finance, HR, Total Rewards, Legal and Payroll as needed
  • Conduct monthly/quarterly reviews, year-end audits, as well as ensure that internal controls and procedures are followed
  • Partner and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Finance, Payroll, HR and Legal to ensure accuracy, provide support for audits and reporting
  • Conduct new employee equity benefits orientation and maintain communication materials for employees to support understanding of equity programs and policies

  • BA/BS or equivalent in (Business Administration, Finance, Accounting - plus),
  • Minimum 2 years of stock administration experience in a global public company
  • Advanced knowledge of and experience working with Charles Schwab Equiview a plus
  • Mobile employee taxation knowledge a plus
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Must be self-motivated, flexible, deadline-oriented and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with high initiative, flexibility, and team approach to work
  • Acute attention to detail and well developed organization and time management skills
  • Strong work ethic, including the ability to work independently, but also knows how to have fun while doing it
