Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead all events and promotions, driving effective sales of vendor products.
• Communicate strategies to achieve operational excellence and outstanding service.
• Work closely with the District Manager to analyze event performance and make necessary adjustments to strategies.
• Aim to meet revenue and profitability objectives through effective management of sales activation and expenses.
• Elevate customer satisfaction and loyalty by enhancing operational processes.

What You Will Bring:

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in a client-side, branded consumer-packaged goods company.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with experience in training, coaching, and evaluating team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
• NEHA Professional Food Handler Certification is necessary.

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

As an Event Manager, you'll engage in various physical activities, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and performing tasks in diverse environments, including cold conditions (refrigerated and freezer sections). You will also maintain a rigorous focus on safety practices when handling food and products.
