Job Description The Quality Engineer (aerospace) will:
- Maintain and enhance quality assurance processes in alignment with aerospace standards such as AS9100 and ISO 9001.
- Lead and verify First Article Inspections (FAI), ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to customer specifications.
- Investigate product quality issues, determine root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive measures.
- Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and initiate continuous improvement projects.
- Assist with internal quality audits and support external customer and regulatory inspections.
- Collaborate closely with suppliers to uphold and improve their quality performance.
- Manage quality documentation related to production part approvals, process validations, and change controls.

The Successful Applicant The successful Quality Engineer (aerospace) candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1-3 years of Quality experience.
- Familiarity with aerospace quality standards and processes such as FAI, PPAP, and CAPAs.
- Skilled in quality data analysis tools and methodologies, comfortable using software like Minitab or Excel.
- Experience with AS9100 standards.
- Experience in supplier quality management is highly desirable.
