Position Summary The Parts Specialist is responsible for sourcing and ordering parts for a wide array of trucks and equipment. The Parts Specialist plays a crucial role: aligning efficient and accurate parts sourcing and orders with our customers' need to deliver excellence safely. This position is highly collaborative, internally facing and requires a high level of experience and understanding of universal system functions.   • Locating, pricing out, and ordering parts for service orders and estimates.
  • Maintaining work in progress (WIP) daily.
  • Receiving parts orders, updating status of still expected parts to dispatch.
  • Communicating parts status with dispatch and technicians via email/phone.
  • Maintain outgoing (mailed) credit returns & requests.

RequirementsCapabilities and Key Competencies
  • Industry knowledge of vendors, i.e. knowledge on whether to order a part from the dealer or aftermarket.
  • Ability to prioritize speed, price, and availability per service order.
  • Willingness to work as a team.
  • Willingness to learn different types of equipment.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with team members in a positive manner.
  • Ability to be a timely and dependable member of the team.
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma/GED
  • 4+ years of experience in a dealership, repair facility, or parts warehouse
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift maximum of 50 pounds multiple times per day.
  • Wear required personal protective equipment as needed.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time.

**Pay range: $25/hr. to $33/hr. based on relevant experience, plus monthly bonuses** Schedule - Full Time Position
  • Monday through Friday, 7am - 4pm
