- Provides professional nursing care in accordance with nurse protocols, policies, and /or procedures with a focus on immunizations for all age categories
- Provides comprehensive assessments of male/female patients, which may include genitalia exams
- Collects specimens, performs lab tests, including pregnancy tests, and conducts microscopic assessments
- Obtains Health History
- Provides education, treatments, and administers medications and vaccinations
- May conduct home visits, participate in health fairs, serve on committees, and make presentations
- Responds to Public Health Emergencies
- Provides exceptional customer service and maintains HIPAA Standards

Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in nursing from an accredited college or university, completion of a PHN course within one (1) year of hire, and current Georgia Registered Professional Nurse license and CPR certification.
