Bilingual Retail Store Associate

This role is vital to the success of our retail operations. As a Store Associate, you will engage with both wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs and provide answers regarding our products. Your recommendations will help guide them to the right solutions. You will also address any customer concerns swiftly, ensuring maximum satisfaction and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of our product features. The Associate will uphold the high standards of product presentation and store appearance, all while striving to exceed sales goals.

We are looking for someone who can work part-time at our Seattle-Rainier Beach Store, located at 8824 Rainer Avenue S, Seattle, WA 98118. Compensation starts at $22.00 per hour.

Job responsibilities will involve interacting with customers (including minors) and managing cash and payment methods. A background check will be conducted to protect our business and ensure the safety of our customers and employees.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently; up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED is preferred.
• At least one year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Experience selling paint and related products.
• Ability to communicate effectively in more than one language, preferably Spanish.
