Overview:
The Client Relations Executive is instrumental in nurturing and expanding client relationships within specified territories, offering effective and scalable solutions tailored for local and regional clients. By emphasizing proactive client engagement and personalized service, the Client Relations Executive will enhance client retention and drive revenue growth. This role requires active client interaction to assess regional needs, coordination with internal teams for optimal service delivery, and ensuring client satisfaction through ongoing follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster and enhance relationships with existing accounts and establish new client connections, providing informed recommendations on product offerings to meet client needs.
- Identify and pursue leads for target accounts to boost new revenue.
- Explore existing parent accounts for opportunities to expand service offerings.
- Secure new projects and sites from established parent accounts.
- Recognize and pursue opportunities to convert competitor customers to our solutions.
- Increase product and unit sales beyond initial agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee equipment availability, timely delivery, and comprehensive servicing.
- Develop account plans within designated regional/local territories, pinpointing growth opportunities and implementing strategies for improved client satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve or exceed regional revenue targets.
- Deliver customized solutions aligned with client preferences, maximizing cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Act as the primary liaison for clients in the area, ensuring clear communication, effective problem resolution, and proactive support for ongoing projects.
- Work with internal teams to streamline service delivery, resolve client issues, and guarantee a consistent client experience.
- Present service recommendations and options to demonstrate product advantages, pricing, and available value-added services.
- Utilize company offerings to provide comprehensive solutions tailored to a diverse range of client needs.
- Meet or surpass established sales quotas.
- Lead the sales process from the initial contact through proposal, negotiation, and closing, ensuring smooth transactions and high client satisfaction.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of our full suite of solution offerings.
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales cycle and post-sale.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments.
- Optimize resource allocation for enhanced outcomes and client satisfaction.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of sales experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years sales experience, including at least 3 years in outside sales or a comparable combination of education, training, and experience.
Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Willingness to travel more than 35% of the time.
- Reliable transportation to visit client locations.
- Understanding of equipment rental agreements and coordination.
- Aptitude for managing multiple clients during different sales process phases while maintaining service excellence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to recommend effective solutions.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation capabilities.

Physical Requirements:
- Position involves hybrid outside sales with minimal to moderate physical activity, including extended periods sitting in a car or at a desk and standing/walking while visiting sites.

At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Individual pay is determined based on geographical location, job-related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay and comprehensive benefits.
Salary Range: $63,000.00 - $94,600.00 / year
