The successful candidate will be responsible for scoping, preliminary designs and estimating of capital project costs $5 mm and up. Estimates will be conceptual to detailed AFE quality. Position will work directly with the Commercial, Engineering, an Development Engineer, Engineer, Development, Project, Business Services
