What a Typical Day Could Look LikeAs a Service Assistant, you will be a key player in maintaining and enhancing the value of our community! In this role, you'll tackle a variety of maintenance duties, ensuring every apartment shines and is ready for new residents. Whether it's handling service requests or working alongside a dynamic maintenance team, you'll help ensure the community stays at its best, meeting and exceeding the high-quality standards set by the company. You are the Transformation Specialist!Revamp and elevate vacant apartments into beautiful, market-ready homes that impress!Take charge of essential community maintenance in a timely manner, ensuring every detail is recorded. You are the Service Pro!You're the leader on call! Provide any emergency services and report any maintenance needs, ensuring swift action is taken. Assist in managing inventory, keeping everything stocked and ready. RequirementsKey Skills and Abilities Needed to Succeed in This Role: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.Trade school and/or military training is a plus.Minimum of 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience required. EPA certifiable status preferred. Must have a valid drivers license.Physical Demands:Ability to lift, carry, position, or move objects up to 50 pounds on occasion.Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings or weekends, to meet deadlines or attend meetings.Primarily work in an outdoor environment.Strong verbal communication, hearing, and visual skills essential for completing tasks.
