Job DetailsJob LocationFairborn, OH - Fairborn, OHAssessment CoordinatorASSESSMENT COORDINATOR - PART TIME - MONDAY-FRIDAYRoss Medical Education is seeking a part time Assessment Coordinator tooversee andmonitor exams to ensure a fair and secure testing environment for our nursing students.The Coordinator will verify student identities, distribute and collect exam materials,enforce exam rules, and maintain a calm atmosphere.Coordinators also address anyissues that may arise during the exam, such as technical difficulties or studentmisconduct.Additional administrative tasks to support academics may also be required.Job SummarySet up exam room, distribute material, verify student identity and collectcompleted examsObserve students during exams, must be present in room at all times duringexams to observe and maintain a quiet environmentEnforce exam rules and policiesAddress questions/concerns students may have regarding the exam proceduresand handle any issues that ariseCoordinators maintain exam security by preventing unauthorized access tomaterials and preventing cheatingIf students don't arrive on schedule, the coordinator may do administrative tasks toassist the Associate Director of Nursing, such as prepping student badges andmaterials, getting laptops ready for orientation, ordering supplies, and other studentfacing tasks such as phone calls or emails sent to students.BenefitsPart Time schedule with up to 20 morning hours. Some locations will also havean afternoon schedule availableWeekdays - no evenings or weekends90 day evaluation for benefit status if a regular qualifying schedule has beenmaintainedAssessment CoordinatorRequirementsMust not be a current Ross nursing studentEquivalent of 1-year work experience in a customer service or administrative roleAbility to read and understand policies and proceduresOrganizational, communication and basic computer skills to be able totroubleshoot common system problems, like logins, passwords, stalled systems, etc.Attention to Detail and genuinely happy to work with people face to faceEthical ConductAbility to remain calm and create a quiet and relaxed atmosphere for studentswho are testingMust be a high school graduate, or equivalentPosition is on campus and in person.Ross is an equal opportunity employer.
