Job Description & RequirementsAbout the PositionSpecialty: Monitor TechnicianExperience: 6 months – 1 year of experience in telemetry or cardiac monitoring preferredCertifications: BLS requiredMust-Have: Strong ECG interpretation skills; ability to recognize cardiac rhythms and arrhythmiasDescription: The Monitor Tech is responsible for continuous observation and interpretation of cardiac rhythms on telemetry monitors. The role includes accurate documentation, timely notification of abnormal findings to nursing staff, and assisting with equipment maintenance.
