Job Description & RequirementsPOSITION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Current licensure by the Washington State Board of Pharmacy as a Registered Pharmacist
2. Comprehensive clinical knowledge of the practice of hospital pharmacy with experiential training consisting of one or more of the following: Hospital experience (two years preferred), successful completion of an accredited hospital pharmacy residency, and/or Board Certification in a pharmacy specialty
3. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
4. Demonstration of clinical competence
