How you will make history here You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our warehousing operations by driving strategic consolidation projects, improving audit outcomes, and enhancing operational efficiency across multiple sites. As we enter a new fiscal year, your leadership will help innovate our facilities and reduce corrective actions, setting a new standard for excellence in warehousing.

What you will do As an Area Warehouse Manager, you'll be a key leader driving operational excellence and financial performance across a dynamic region. Overseeing 15-20 direct reports, you'll support our Campbell Snacks Warehouse Management team by coaching and developing talent, optimizing day-to-day operations, and ensuring compliance across multiple DSD hubs and depots. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll make a measurable impact on everything from inventory accuracy and asset management to food safety and audit readiness. You'll be instrumental in maintaining high standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Lead a regional team of 1520 direct reports, including depot managers and coordinators

Oversee daily operations, audits, and corrective actions across multiple warehouse sites

Manage labor and expense budgets, approve hours, and handle performance reviews

Collaborate with transportation, planning, sales, quality, safety, and HR teams

Execute special projects including site consolidations and vendor partnerships

Travel approximately 60% of the time to conduct audits and implement improvements

Who will you work with In this role, you'll report directly to the Sr Manager, Regional Warehouse for the Northeast and lead a team of 1520 direct reports across a dynamic region that includes Rhode Island, Connecticut, and New York. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Transportation, Planning, Sales, Quality, Safety, and HR, while also working with vendors and external partners to support audits, implement corrective actions, and drive operational improvements. Ideally, candidates will be based within an hour of New York City to support regional travel needs.

What you will bring to the table (Must Have)

Bachelor's degree

Minimum of 10 years of related experience, including supervisory roles

Strong warehouse operations knowledge

Proven ability to manage budgets, lead teams, and execute corrective actions

Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving skills

It would be great if you have (Nice to Have)

Experience in CPG or food manufacturing environments

Familiarity with audit processes and food safety standards

Background in customer service and vendor management

Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $90,600-$130,200. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
