A day in the life.

This position is a five-day-a-week on-site position based out of our Miami/Doral location, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

As our Receptionist on the Business Services Group team, you'll

  • Managing all incoming calls
  • Handling queries and complaints via phones
  • Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on time
  • Receiving, sorting, distributing, and dispatching daily mail
  • Log checks and Overnight to Lockboxes
  • Handle daily Incoming faxes
  • Provide concierge-level support for visitors and clients
  • Support facilities related needs

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a professional office setting
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office
  • Ability to analyze and prioritize a variety of tasks and deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
  • Well organized, strong attention to detail, deadline oriented, and self-motivated

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • 5+ years' experience supporting Manager/C-level Executives
  • Facilities-related experience in a support capacity
