Due to a booming 60,000 sq foot facility expansion, Super Radiator Coils, a family-owned manufacturer in the Midlothian, VA area, is seeking a hard-working and mechanically minded people to join our production team. Equipment operator's set-up and run our metal forming equipment. These machines use high precision custom tooling for heat exchanger manufacturing. We operate in a fast-paced environment with frequent change overs. Specific ResponsibilitiesExperience with CNC, Fin Punch Press and/or Expander Operate metal working equipment to consistently and efficiently to produce quality partsUse blueprints and router information to set-up tooling and machines accurately Perform daily preventative maintenance tasksAs an active team member in the area, participate in continuous improvement activities to improve safety, quality, productivity and tooling lifeSafely use electric, pneumatic, floor and hand tools ID and tag unsafe equipment QualificationsAbility to work 2nd shift Proven mechanical aptitudeSuccessful experience working with mechanical equipmentBackground in hands on troubleshooting with machineryAbility to use measuring devices (calipers, tape measures, etc.)Team player interested in improving the overall performance of the equipment and the teamExperience with CNC, Fin Punch Press and/or Expander preferred Ability to lift 50 poundsAble to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and stoop and/or bend frequently Able to follow directions Able to interpret drawings, routers and special notes once trained When you work at SRC, you'll get...Super culture: Look forward to having fun at work every day!
