Effective Date(s): Immediately Staff Needed: One (1) Director of Special Education and Services Qualifications: Master's degree from an accredited college or university Valid New Jersey Principal CE, Provisional, or Standard Certificate in accordance with N. J. A. C. 6 A:9 B-12.7 Valid New Jersey certification as a Learning Disabilities Teacher Consultant (LDTC), School Psychologist, School Social Worker, Speech Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Teacher of Students with Disabilities with endorsement, or Teacher of the Handicapped Minimum of three (3) years of supervision, consisting of supervisor and/or programmatic leads and/or coordinator Minimum of five (5) years of successful teaching or related educational experience in special education or as a member of a Child Study Team (CST) Demonstrate knowledge of child development of students with disabilities and special education laws and regulations (N.
