Martin Marietta is currently looking for a Plant Manager to be responsible for leading and managing all safety efforts at the plant as well as planning, quality control, customer services and maintenance functions. Additional objectives include asset protection, financials, budgeting, cost control, environmental, personnel and community relations. This position will lead the management team and hourly employees for our Bowling Green North location. Responsibilities:Lead safety programs and training, promoting Martin Mariettas Guardian Angel culture. Responsible for leading the safety, health, environmental programs, guidelines and policies. Lead and develop salary and hourly workforce to create teamwork and drive a safe and productive environment. Ensure compliance with company, local, state and federal rules and regulations.
