ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: Provides individual and group therapy Ensures all documentation regarding patient care, treatment, and incidents is completed timely and in a clear and concise manner Provides crisis intervention to patients Assists with aftercare planning REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in social or health related Field required and 6 years' experience in counseling field required OR Bachelor's degree in other field required and 8 years' experience in the counseling field required OR Master's degree in social or health services field required and 4 more years' experience in the counseling field. At least two years clinical experience specifically with chemically dependent / dually diagnosed population Licensure or certification for counseling, as required by the state in which the facility operates.
