Our client in Kennesaw, Ga, is looking for a Permitting Specialist to join their team and take over the permitting process for new and existing architectural projects. This will include leading site investigation reports, filing for permits, and following up on permits to ensure all are obtained prior to construction. The role will be responsible for development timelines, submittal requirements, power availability checks, time schedules, handling zoning questions, and other issues. Candidates should have a strong background conducting similar permit/investigative reports for architectural or construction firms.
