Of the Director of Accounting: Lead the day-to-day accounting of royalties globally across Hasbro. Partner with business operations and finance business partners to ensure royalty accounting is aligned to business and operational needs. Lead continuous improvement and modernization efforts across royalty system and business process to ensure an efficient system and business processes. Provide overall support and analysis to executive management by investigating accounting questions, issues, and judgments and by partnering with team members from other business divisions to assist with accounting questions. Act as a key liaison to the external auditors to assist in their completion of an efficient audit. Lead the successful completion of royalty audits with third party customers and vendors. Build relationships and regular communication with operational leaders to provide direct and timely assistance on matters that have accounting and reporting implications.
