Seeking a reliable, structured female nanny MonFri mornings for 1 creative, intelligent child who struggles with transitions. Duties include hot breakfast, lunch prep, backpack readiness, and helping start the day calmly. Grocery shopping, cleaning, and errands are NOT required. Parent works from home during this time. Safe school drop-off is a plus (gas/mileage paid). Higher rate for RNs or therapy-aligned caregivers. Child needs consistency and emotional patience. Family can provide references and requests the same. Ideal for WFH parent or early-schedule caregiver. Must love mornings and helping kids succeed!
