This role supports customer success through hands-on technical service and collaboration with engineering, sales, and manufacturing teams. Technicians ensure optimal performance of equipment while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities**Assist with installation of equipment under guidance from senior technicians.**Conduct startup procedures, ensuring proper calibration, sequencing/interlocking, and operation of electrical, control, and mechanical systems.**Train customer personnel on equipment operation, troubleshooting, basic electrical/mechanical functions, and control systems.**Create and submit detailed field service reports and documentation of daily activities.**Collaborate with sales, engineering, and manufacturing teams to resolve equipment or process issues, including warranty claims and damage reports.**Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders for accurate reporting and customer billing.**Respond to emergency service requests on a 24/7 basis as needed.Qualifications**High school diploma or GED required; technical training or relevant certifications preferred.**0-2 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, or related industries.**Experience or familiarity with Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA), concrete, or combustion equipment is a plus.**Proficiency in reading mechanical, electrical, and electronic blueprints and schematics.**Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and power transmission systems.**Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.**Basic computer proficiency (Windows, Microsoft Office, Concur, IPS Control Systems).**Welding (stick and MIG), torch cutting, steel fabrication, and general mechanical assembly skills preferred.**Ability to work independently or in small teams in remote or high-demand environments.**Must be able to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally, on short notice.**Able to maintain professional relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams.Work Environment**Work may occur in manufacturing and outdoor job site environments.**Exposure to mechanical parts, fumes, high noise levels, varying temperatures, and occasional hazardous materials.**Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.**Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.Travel Requirements**100% travel required, including nights, weekends, holidays, and international assignments.
