Join a respected Wealth Advisory Services team in a vital role supporting Trust Operations and shareholder services. We're looking for a detail-oriented Trust Operations Specialist to manage 1st Source stock transactions, coordinate shareholder activities, support client access, and lead daily workflows for Trust Coordinators.
What You'll Do:
- Administer all 1st Source stock purchases, sales, dividend funding, and ESOP activity
- Serve as primary contact for the Stock Transfer Agent (STA)
- Partner with CFO, HR, Accounting, and General Counsel on stock-related operations
- Coordinate annual shareholder meetings and proxy voting
- Direct daily activities of Trust Coordinators and support WAS Trust Controller
- Assist clients with Trust System Online Portal access (including on-site client visits if needed)
- Ensure accurate year-end 1099-DIV reporting
- Handle fee receivables and act as Manager backup when needed
- Recommend process improvements to enhance daily operations
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years of Trust Operations experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with stock transfer systems and databases preferred
- Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel locally as needed
