Craft Beverage Warehouse is a fast-growing, innovative beverage packaging company specializing in direct-to-beverage can digital printing and the distribution of related beverage canning materials. We strive to be the most innovative and responsive supplier of packaging materials for the craft beverage marketplace.

The Plant Manager - Denver oversees manufacturing and distribution operations of the company's new Denver location, ensuring effective and efficient use of facilities and staff.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and participate in the recruitment, hiring, training and development of manufacturing and distribution employees.
  • Manage schedules and assignments for digital print and distribution operations.
  • Handle performance management of employees in accordance with company policy.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage print production floor, Shift Supervisors, Production Associates, and Material Handler(s).
  • Ensures production, performance, and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Remove barriers hindering site/team from reaching full potential.
  • Develop facility wide strategic plan and accountability for timely execution of milestones.
  • Budget ownership and adherence at a site level.
  • Data analysis and project implementation to deliver metric expectations and improve facility performance.
  • Direct problem-solving initiatives to eliminate root causes of production failures.
  • Engage and motivate workforce while fostering a culture aligned with company values.
  • Act as a coach and mentor to all facility personnel, elevating the expectations and skills of each position.
  • Ensure outstanding relationships are maintained with the company's business partners and customers.
  • Develop and review production reports to ensure safety, quality, financial, and delivery standards are met.
  • Deliver progress and production reports to operations and executive team members as requested.
  • Invoke and promote a healthy and safe working environment, in compliance with federal and state regulations and company culture.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • At least five years of experience managing teams in a manufacturing environment.
  • Successful history of executing a strategy to deliver production objectives.
  • Ability to proactively manage employee relations situations.
  • Demonstrated project and process improvement management.
  • Formal education in management, operations, or business preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to quickly traverse manufacturing areas.
  • Must be able to stand, bend, crawl, stretch, lay, and squat to maintain equipment.
  • This position may require that you stand/be on your feet for up to 8 hours per day.

Salary range: $75,000 to $85,000 base salary plus bonus/incentive compensation.

Hours may include nights and weekends and availability to be on-call to assist production teams as needed.
