About the Role:

We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Logistics Coordinator to manage the movement of goods across international and domestic channels, ensuring shipments are accurate, on-time, and cost-effective. This role collaborates closely with internal teams, vendors, carriers, and logistics partners to support seamless execution. You'll also play a key role in export documentation, compliance, and freight cost analysis. What You'll Do:

  • Track shipments from departure to delivery, ensuring systems reflect accurate status and ETAs
  • Serve as the main contact for resolving logistics issues with cross-functional partners
  • Reconcile discrepancies in shipping data and flag delays early
  • Ensure accurate, timely filing of export documentation
  • Coordinate clearance with customs brokers and freight forwarders
  • Partner with internal teams to plan and execute efficient shipments
  • Maintain and analyze freight cost data and reporting
  • Approve freight and parcel invoices for accuracy
  • Support specialized shipping documentation or customer-specific needs
  • Coordinate shipping instructions and manage work orders with vendors
  • Provide regular reporting on shipment status, yard activity, and drayage
  • Collaborate with IT or analytics teams to enhance tracking and visibility tools
  • Assist with exceptions handling, rework, labeling, or inspections
  • Maintain dashboards and support logistics reporting needs

What You'll Bring:

  • 2+ years in logistics, shipping, or freight coordination
  • Experience with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar platforms)
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
  • Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of export documentation and international compliance a plus
