Key Responsibilities
- Analyze project specs, blueprints, and documents to produce cost estimates.
- Perform market research to inform competitive bidding.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Maintain and analyze estimation data for future improvements.
- Ensure estimates align with industry standards and legal requirements.
Requirements & Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and labor costs.
- Proficiency with estimating software/tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication abilities.
- Understanding of construction contracts and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management or related field of study
- Experience estimating projects or relevant engineering experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
