Job Title: Pharmacist (Day Shift | 32-Hour Guarantee)

Location: Maple Grove, MN

Shift: Rotating Day Shifts – 08:00-16:00, 10:30-18:00, 10:00-14:00 (4–8 Hour Shifts)

Schedule: 32 hours guaranteed weekly

Pay - $70 - $77

Weekend Requirement: Every 4th Weekend

On-Call: None

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pharmacist to join a dynamic healthcare team. This role is focused on clinical pharmacy functions in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical judgment, experience with Epic Willow, and the ability to work in a collaborative interdisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform clinical pharmacy duties, including patient monitoring and consulting with clinical staff

Review medication orders for dosing, interactions, frequency, and allergies

Supervise the dispensing of medications and IV solutions by pharmacy technicians

Conduct kinetic drug dosing

Participate in medication reconciliation processes

Consult with medical and nursing teams as needed

Provide support in achieving organizational goals through additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

Outpatient pharmacy experience – Required

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) – Required

Minnesota State Board of Pharmacy License – Required

Proficiency in Epic Willow – Required
