We are searching in the San Francisco Bay area for an operations and account management superstar with a minimum of five years in food service for a leadership position with a progressive food service company.
What You Will be Doing:
- Creating great customer experiences
- Partnering with other relevant company leaders to execute strategic initiatives that improve the sales, profitability and retention of your clients
- Leading quarterly business reviews with client and key restaurant partners
- Demonstrating excellence in implementing rigorous and disciplined measures / metrics that benchmark performance and create accountability
You are a hospitality professional with:
- Multi-unit experience, with excellent project management skills
- Expertise in creating actionable next steps from a unit P&L
- History of successful client relationships and interaction
- Experience negotiating agreements with partners, suppliers and clients
- The ability to execute day to day existing operations while also implementing new processes that drive operational excellence
