Summary
Reframe is seeking a full-time Registered Dietitian with an active License for Maine to support our users as they work to cut back or eliminate alcohol from their lives. You'll be part of our Thrive Coaching platform, providing personalized nutrition support rooted in science and aligned with each client's recovery journey. This is a fully remote, full-time role for someone who is passionate about helping others and understands the critical role nutrition plays in mental health, behavior change, and addiction recovery. You'll work directly with clients and also collaborate across teams to improve the overall experience on the Reframe platform.

What You'll Do
- Provide ongoing nutrition support through text and 1-on-1 virtual video sessions with Reframe users
- Tailor nutrition plans and guidance to individuals reducing or quitting alcohol, addressing areas such as nutrient depletion, gut health, cravings, and emotional eating
- Lead or co-lead Zoom community meetings focused on nutrition, recovery, and wellness topics
- Conduct Discovery calls with prospective clients to assess fit and introduce Reframe's services
- Collaborate with our coaching and product teams to ensure our nutrition-related offerings are accurate, engaging, and effective
- Contribute to content and programming related to food, alcohol recovery, and overall wellness
- Maintain client notes and track user progress in accordance with HIPAA and ethical standards
What To Bring
- Active Registered Dietitian (RD or RDN) credential
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing nutrition or health coaching role
- Familiarity with behavioral health, addiction recovery, or related areas strongly preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with remote work, including video calls and asynchronous communication
- A proactive, empathetic, and collaborative approach to coaching and care
