Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Lead Clinician to join our team in Robstown, TX. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality behavioral health services and guiding clinical staff in providing trauma-informed, culturally sensitive care. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to supporting vulnerable populations through evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision to a team of behavioral health professionals.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and ensure appropriate therapeutic interventions.
- Monitor and evaluate clinical performance and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and improve service delivery.
- Support staff development through training, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality following HIPAA and organizational policies.
Qualifications Required:
- Must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Must have a master's degree in social work with two (2) years of postgraduate direct service delivery experience OR a master's or Ph.D. in psychology, sociology, or other relevant behavioral science with clinical experience as a program requirement and two (2) years of postgraduate direct service delivery experience OR bachelor's degree plus five (5) years clinical employment experience in the behavioral sciences.
- Must have two (2) + years of related experience and/or training, including supervisory experience. Preferred: Four (4) + years of related experience and/or training, including supervisory.
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and behavioral health best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
