Responsibilities Include:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a professional work environment
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate internal communications and assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
- Oversee billing, invoicing, and expense tracking using QuickBooks
- Assist with payroll coordination and financial reporting
- Support staff with client onboarding and document management
- Help onboard new hires and maintain employee records
- Monitor time tracking and PTO requests
- Interact with clients in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
- QuickBooks experience
- Comfortable learning new systems
- Excellent Written Communication
- Able to multi-task
