Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Capabilities Analyst to join our dynamic team within JPO Systems of Systems Division. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the integration of JT&E projects across the Joint Force.

Responsibilities:

  • Must have experience in conducting Doctrine, Organization, Training, materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, Facilities – Policy (DOTmLPF-P) Analysis: Analysis of both non-materiel solutions to capability gaps as well as non-materiel implications of materiel solutions.
  • Must be able to Collaborate with JT&E Integration Lab and Modernization staff on the impacts of DOTmLPF-P in addressing material solutions to capability gaps.Must be able to go into a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) as required by the customer.
  • Must be able to produce DOTmLPF-P Change Recommendation (DCR).
  • Must have experience providing direction for process modeling, issue identification, and measure determination.
  • Must be able to prepare a DOTmLPF-P Change Recommendation (DCR) document.
  • Must be able to integrate JT&E's TTPS, CONOPS, and CONEMPS with modernized lab efforts and must be able to identify the proper transition/ inject areas across the DoD Community for wider impact while streamlining the Agency's deliverables to the warfighter.
  • Some travel will be required to other locations.

Education/Qualifications:

  • Bachelors required, Masters preferred in scientific field
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in capabilities change recommendation analysis and written DCRs.
  • Experience working for an OSD level organization or as an executive officer to a Military Flag Officer or member of the Senior Executive Service is highly desired.
  • At a minimum, the candidate is required to possess the qualities and skills commensurate with said experiences.
  • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to uphold a strict level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to take a conceptual discussion and build a presentation to convey the message.
  • Must be a US Citizen, hold a current DoD TS/SCI Clearance.
