NutraBio Labs Inc. is hiring for a Product Development Assistant to help with day-to-day obligations spanning our Product Develop Team and Research & Development Team.
The role of Product Development Assistant would include, but not limited to:
Responsibilities
· Batch Production Records (BPRs) Management
o Printing weekly Batch Production Records (BPRs) and ensuring they are delivered to the Director of Manufacturing in a timely manner
o Communicate all BPR changes promptly and effectively to relevant stakeholders
o Verify accuracy of all BORs with respect to ingredients, packaging components, and labels
· Master Manufacturing Records (MMRs)
o Undergo training on creating MMRs
o Ensure all MMRs are accurate and up to date
· Label Management
o Complete label request forms accurately
o Create label jackets for new products and update jackets for existing products to support marketing needs
o Verify the accuracy of Kosher, Halal, Allergen, Supplement Facts Panel information, and trademarked ingredient details in accordance with licensing agreement
o Generate GTIN and SKU Numbers for products
· Product Development Support
o Assist the R&D Manager in building raw material bases for lab sampling
o Prepare and distribute sample packets to ambassadors, athletes, and employees for formulation testing
o Sign off on manufacturing testing for new products and ingredients for confirm smooth operations on manufacturing lines
· Administrative Duties
o Perform general administrative tasks as assigned by the Product Development Manager
o Ensuring all Supplement Fact Panel information is correct
o Trade Marked ingredients are correct according to the Licensing Agreements
o Creations of the GTIN & SKU numbers
Requirements:
· Strong attention to detail
· Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
· Degree in Science or Nutrition preferred
· Familiarity with cGMP and FDA CEF 111 regulations preferred
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Strong Verbal & Written Communication skills
· Creative Problem-Solving skills
· Organizational skills

Hours: 40 hours (M-Th: 9am-5:30pm) & (Friday 9am-4pm)
