Job Description :

A growing organization is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to lead compensation and benefits strategy and execution across the company. This is a strategic and hands-on role focused on designing, implementing, and managing total rewards programs that attract, engage, and retain top talent.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and manage compensation programs, including base, bonus, incentive, and commission plans
  • Lead benefits strategy and compliance, including health plans, 401(k), wellness, and leave programs
  • Oversee annual merit, bonus, and open enrollment processes
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and senior leadership on pay decisions, workforce planning, and vendor management
  • Use data and analysis to guide recommendations, budgeting, and reporting

What We're Looking For:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits
  • Proven track record designing and rolling out comp & benefits programs
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills, with experience in HRIS systems
  • Bachelor's degree required; HRCI/SHRM certification preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage complex, sensitive projects
