Partner Compensation Senior Analyst

Atlanta, GA • Tampa, FL • Düsseldorf, Germany

We are partnering with our client, a world-class management consulting firm, to recruit an exceptional Partner Compensation Senior Analyst to join their Global Compensation Function. This strategic and highly visible role will manage partner compensation programs for approximately 3,000 partners across 65+ countries. The position focuses on broad-based and executive-level compensation—not HRIS or payroll administration—and offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a dynamic, international environment.

Position Overview

The Partner Compensation Senior Analyst will play a key role in designing, modeling, and administering partner compensation programs, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and alignment with the firm's principles. This individual will support major annual processes, lead targeted projects, and collaborate with global stakeholders, including Legal, Finance, Tax, and Partner Personnel teams.

Key Responsibilities

Annual & Ongoing Compensation Processes

  • Build and maintain structural and additional award models
  • Develop compensation budgets, departure analyses, and mobility projections
  • Lead audits/reconciliations of partner compensation processes and identify process improvements

Partner & Stakeholder Support

  • Manage partner departure processes and related communications
  • Respond to inquiries from partners and internal teams regarding compensation policies
  • Prepare high-quality analysis, reports, and presentation materials for senior leadership

Data & Project Management

  • Conduct complex compensation modeling and trend analysis
  • Draft discussion materials for Partner Compensation leadership and the Compensation Policy Committee
  • Streamline reporting, templates, and procedures for greater efficiency

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required (business, finance, math, or related field preferred)
  • 4+ years in broad-based or executive compensation or as an HR analyst with significant compensation program experience
  • Advanced Excel and Word skills; PowerPoint and Access exposure preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data modeling skills
  • Exceptional organizational ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across cultures and seniority levels
  • Willingness to occasionally work outside traditional business hours to support global time zones
