Job Description :

We are seeking an accomplished Program Director with extensive experience in the aerospace and defense industry to lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs from inception through delivery. This role requires a seasoned leader who thrives in dynamic environments, excels in cross-functional collaboration, and brings deep expertise in managing large-scale technical projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee high-value, multi-program portfolios with complex interdependencies.
  • Develop and execute integrated master schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource plans.
  • Direct large, decentralized teams across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain functions.
  • Drive Return-To-Green initiatives and manage risk-based assessments.
  • Ensure technical execution through collaboration with systems, RF, communications, and satellite teams.
  • Oversee Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) programs, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Act as a primary liaison with internal stakeholders and government/military customers.
  • Foster a culture of leadership, mentorship, and continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in Program Management, including 5+ years in a leadership or director-level role.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant engineering field (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering).
  • Aerospace industry experience with a strong foundation in technical leadership (system/design engineering roles).
  • Proven record managing large, cross-functional teams on complex technical programs.
  • Deep knowledge of RF systems, communications, aerospace, or satellite technologies.
  • Strong background in CAM, EVMS, risk management, and schedule assessments.
  • Demonstrated success with Return-To-Green efforts across multiple programs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and mentoring capabilities.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with government and military customers.
  • Familiarity with the DoD Acquisition Process and related regulations.
  • Program Management certification (PMP or equivalent) is highly desirable
