This exciting hybrid opportunity allows you to contribute to a collaborative professional development team focused on attorney recruiting, inclusion, and engagement initiatives.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Talent Coordinator supports firmwide attorney talent initiatives, including recruiting, onboarding, professional development, and inclusion efforts. This highly collaborative role works closely with the recruiting team, the Director of Inclusion, and marketing to coordinate events, internal communications, and data tracking. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive administrative professional to grow their legal talent and coordination expertise in a professional services setting.
