Companion Care Needed

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing. Medication management is required. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. One of your responsibilities will be helping with bathing. Must have valid HHA certificate or CNA certificate. Patient has Parkinson's with mild dementia. Schedule is flexible and would like someone who could work an occasional weeknight and occasional Saturday or Sunday.
