DT Engineering designs and builds custom, cutting-edge industrial automation equipment and has an incredible opportunity for you to join their team as a Quality Assurance Manager! You will be the cornerstone of our quality compliance and assurance initiatives, ensuring we meet and exceed ISO standards and other regulatory requirements.

What You'll Do:
- Develop and manage the Quality Management System, including policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Lead ISO audits (internal & external) and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Oversee metrology labs, inspections, and calibration programs to maintain precision.
- Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and leadership to embed quality at every stage.
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of Quality Systems/Engineering leadership in manufacturing (building automation/tooling experience a plus but not required).
- Strong expertise in ISO standards (ISO 9001:2015), lean manufacturing, and process optimization. (ISO13485, GAMP5, and Eco Vadis are a plus, but not required)
- Technical proficiency in electro-mechanical systems, manufacturing methods, and quality controls.
