Position Title: Director of FP&A

Location: U.S.-based (flexible for the right candidate)

Reports to: VP of FP&A

Overview:

A large, complex services organization with multi-entity operations and significant year-over-year growth is seeking a Director of FP&A to lead financial planning and analysis activities across the enterprise. This role will drive forecasting, budgeting, performance reporting, and decision-support in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual budgeting process, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts across all business units.
• Own company-wide financial modeling, scenario planning, and analysis to support strategic initiatives and operational decisions.
• Partner with accounting, business operations, and executive leadership to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Oversee reporting packages for executive and board-level stakeholders.
• Drive improvements in planning processes, KPIs, dashboards, and financial systems.
• Manage and develop a team of FP&A analysts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and business impact.
• Leverage OneStream for consolidation and performance management reporting.
• Work within NetSuite and other systems to ensure data integrity and integration with planning tools.
• Support M&A modeling, post-acquisition integration, and investment analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 12+ years of progressive FP&A experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong command of financial modeling, forecasting, and operational analytics in a fast-paced, services-focused environment.
• Hands-on experience with OneStream and NetSuite required.
• Proven ability to translate data into strategic insights and influence decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of partnering cross-functionally.
