Role Description

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will oversee the overall strategic direction and administration of the YMCA operations in Western Prong, NC. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves leading financial planning, business operations, strategic planning, and sales efforts. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors, ensuring that operational and programmatic objectives align with the organization's mission and community goals. Daily tasks include managing staff, developing community partnerships, overseeing budgets, and driving fundraising initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance and Operations Management
• Skills in Business Planning and Strategic Planning
• Proven track record in Sales and revenue generation
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective community partnerships
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years in a leadership role, preferably within a non-profit organization
• Experience in managing a diverse workforce
• Commitment to the YMCA mission and values
