Job Summary

The Infrastructure Change Manager oversees the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise infrastructure, including VMs, servers, storage, and security. The role requires a strong technical background, Azure migration experience, leadership skills, and flexibility for shifts. DoD IT experience and Secret Clearance are pluses.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including VMs, servers, storage, and cloud components, ensuring operational stability 24/7.
• Create project plans for OS upgrades, migrations, and datacenter activities.
• Ensure security and compliance with DOD standards, manage security reports and tickets.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and optimize efficiency.
• Lead and mentor IT team members, fostering collaboration.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships.
• Ensure infrastructure activities comply with DoD contract requirements.
• Develop and manage patching schedules and maintenance windows, and facilitate Change Control Board meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of infrastructure management experience.
• Vendor management experience.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise servers, storage, security protocols (Windows, Linux, SQL, MongoDB, Oracle).
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with ACAS, SPLUNK, Trellix, Forescout, Dynatrace, Tivoli is a plus.
• Compliance with DoD 8140 standards or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Clearance: Public Trust.
