We're hiring a Solutions Delivery Manager to lead internal and external project execution at Gemineye. This role is client-facing and delivery-focused, responsible for managing timelines, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful rollout of platform solutions for our credit union and bank clients.

We're hiring a Solutions Delivery Manager to lead internal and external project execution at Gemineye. This role is client-facing and delivery-focused, responsible for managing timelines, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful rollout of platform solutions for our credit union and bank clients.

You'll own the full project lifecycle—from discovery to validation—and serve as the primary point of contact post-sale, driving execution with a mix of project management rigor and relationship management. This role blends PM, Client Success, and product operations into one high-ownership position.

What You'll Do

· Own day-to-day project execution and internal coordination for multiple assigned clients

· Serve as the lead contact for client communication post-sale through delivery

· Define and manage project scope, timelines, and task tracking

· Lead discovery sessions and document client requirements clearly

· Facilitate internal standups and cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, and Client Success

· Coordinate QA and UAT activities; ensure validation before release

· Proactively manage risks, escalate issues, and resolve blockers

· Document decisions, updates, and action items for stakeholders

· Support solution rollout, training coordination, and early adoption

· Assist in internal and customer-facing documentation

· Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable processes and procedures for client delivery

· Assist in triaging client support tickets, clarifying issues, setting priority, and handing them to the right team

Must-haves in a Candidate

· 5+ years of experience in project delivery, client implementation, or consulting

· Experience managing client-facing software or data projects

· Demonstrated ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical teams

· Strong communication and documentation skills

· Proficiency with task/project management tools (Clickup, Jira, etc.)

Nice to have in a Candidate

· Experience with Agile delivery methodologies

· Familiarity with data platforms, dashboards, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, Snowflake)

· Experience working with credit unions or banks

· Enjoy collaborating with technical and non-technical teammates

· Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment

· Like taking ownership of your work and solving new challenges

· Can manage your own time and priorities without much oversight

· Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

· Fully remote position within the US; occasional travel (less than ten percent) for team or client meetings
