What You'll Do The Janitor (SCA Code 11150) performs daily cleaning duties in accordance with standard procedures of SRM Group at the Aviation Support Facilities in Johnstown, PA. Key duties include the following: •Perform regular cleaning of multiple buildings onsite in accordance with company and government requirements to ensure quality standards are met and exceeded consistently •Examples of duties include sweeping, mopping, or scrubbing, and polishing floors; removing recycling, trash, and other refuse; dusting equipment, furniture, or fixtures; polishing metal fixtures or trimmings; providing supplies and minor maintenance services; and cleaning lavatories, showers, and restrooms •Adhere to all rules and regulations regarding health and safety, as directed by management •Perform other duties as assigned What You'll Have •A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role •High school diploma or equivalent •Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time and lift at least 25 lbs •Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance •Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality •Excellent problem-solving abilities and drive to continuously identify areas for improvement What We Offer At SRM Group, our people are our greatest strength.
